Terms of Use

The following Terms of Use is a legal contract between an individual user and Kerb Appeal Solutions regarding the use of our website and services.

This page outlines our/we (Kerb Appeal Solutions) terms and conditions of cleaning. It’s more of a guidance page in regards to what we can and cannot do.

• To be able to clean we need access to an outdoor tap. We can on occasions use a kitchen tap providing we are able to secure a connection. Kerb appeal Solutions accepts NO responsibility for water leakage when an indoor taps used. If access an outdoor tap requires the hose to run through the property. Kerb Appeal Solutions accepts NO responsibility for potential water damage within the house. We do not like running hoses through a property. As the owner you take the liability upon yourself in the event of a leak.

• We are not allowed to run the main high pressure hose through the property. To clean a patio we need access via a side gate or path. We can go through a garage so long as it is clear of any obstructions or valuable items.

• Kerb Appeal Solutions is not responsible for the ingress of water through external fixtures. It’s the duty of the property owner to ensure all doors and windows are watertight.

• Due to the nature of the cleaning process, water may enter underneath garage doors. Kerb Appeal Solutions is not responsible for damage to any items stored behind the garage door. It is the property owners responsibility to move any valuable items before cleaning. Such items include garden furniture, cushions and cardboard boxes.

• The cleaning process produces a lot of water and potential waste. In the case of block paving, all removed weeds, moss and detritus bagged up and removed. We do need free flowing drainage to avoid water pooling. Any drains or gullies should be clear of leaves and silt etc before we begin to start cleaning. If you cannot do this yourself, we can gladly assist. A charge of £15 may be incurred if we have to clear out any blocked gullies/driveway grilles.
