Our price guide covers all types of exterior hard surfaces along with decking, fencing, small walls and brickwork.

Every quote undertaken is bespoke, as every customer’s needs and requirements are bespoke, that is why we offer a free no hassle quotation service.

We arrange a visit to assess the area, measure up and give a quote. The price quoted at the time is the price you pay, no added little bits on at the end. We are all about transparency and not shy about our cleaning prices, that is why they are shown here.

Standard Clean Prices (No chemicals)

Please Note: - MAX cleaning size is 180 – 300 M² per day (depending upon the surface).

We do not have a minimum size, if your area is only 20M² that’s fine, it will fall into the first price bracket.

Deep Clean Pricing

A deep clean consists of applying a dirt releasing chemical that can really lift the overall appearance. Since this is not always required, we have priced it separately.

The prices below are based upon a driveway/patio with acceptable average weed/moss growth and with sound jointing

Excessively weedy or mossy areas may incur additional costs. Please get in touch with some pictures for an accurate quote.

A deep clean is an added cost of £1.00 per M²(including all materials)

A deep clean won’t remove rust stains, oil, or black lichen spores, this requires additional chemicals.

Please Note oil stain removal is not guaranteed even with chemicals

Lichen Removal (P.O.A) 

Please note: A deep clean WILL NOT remove lichen (black spot) spores. It can help, but stubborn spores will remain behind. Heavy lichen removal is more time-consuming and takes a lot more chemicals. Prices for lichen removal depend on the surface and are priced according to the job. Please email or get in touch for a lichen removal quote.

Re Sanding

Block pave cleaning quotes include re-sanding as this is an essential and integral part of the job.

We charge £35.00 + sand to re-sand a driveway (Sand is charged at £1.00 M²)

Deck Cleaning Pricing

Our deck cleaning prices are slightly different. We have introduced pricing tiers to reflect the different services required to rejuvenate your decking. The options listed below are part of our process for rejuvenating your decking. giving a greater level of clean and final finish, especially on older or more neglected decking areas.

Option 1. Light pressure clean only, no treatment.

Option 2. Light pressure clean, 2 coats of preservative (oil, stain, paint)

Option 3. Light pressure clean, biocide/wood brightener, rinse, 2 coats of preservative.

Option 4. Light pressure clean, biocide/wood brightener, rinse and power scrub, 2 coats of preservative.

Option 5. Light pressure clean, biocide/wood brightener, rinse and power scrub, surface power sand (best on smooth decks, but can remove surface fuzzies and some stains on grooved decking), 2 coats of preservative.

Prices DO NOT include the cost of preservatives.

The light pressure clean is priced at £2.00 M²

Biocide £1.00 M²

Wood Brighteners/Rinse £1.00 M²

Power Scrubbing – £1.00 M²

Surface Power buffing – £1.25 M²

Deck Oiling, based on the recommended 2 coat applications. The oiling prices are for 2 coats not per coat.

Up to 80sqM – £4.00M² +Oil

Over 80sqM – £3.50M² +Oil

Balustrades/handrails are priced at £15.00 per std 6ft long railing. Generally, handrails and spindles will use approx. 0.5L of oil per section. These are very time-consuming, and although they don’t look like much, they can take quite a bit of additional time and oil.

 Although there is no minimum size, we have had to introduce a minimum of £80.00 per coat to oil a deck (location, area dependent)

Drain Gullies

​

The only extra we may have to charge for is drain gully clearing. We need free-flowing drainage to clean quickly and efficiently. The biggest cause of problems is drainage, which more often than not starts with the drain gully. We will always ensure that these gullys are clear when the cleaning is complete. If we have to spend 30mins clearing out drains before commencement then we will have to factor in a clearing charge.

If you can’t clear them yourselves prior to the cleaning we can include this in the service. Prices for this are usually around £15.00 for a full vacuum clean.

We are licensed to carry waste, all weeds and sand will be scrapped up and removed. Not left for you to dispose of.
